Unwinder with single shaft roll-holder featuring EMG, pneumatic or motorised brake, depending on the customer’s materials and applications. This unwinder can be used in stand-alone mode, thanks to full control of the brake or motor-driven roll-holder shaft. It can be fitted with a dancing roller to control the unwinding tension or with sensors to guide unwinding based on roll diameter changes.
Thanks to the input control systems, it can feed calenders, cutting tables, presses or die cutting machines.
Can be fitted with an automatic alignment system to optimise the processing of imperfectly rewound rolls.
Available with air expanding shafts and suitable for foam rubber, rubber and its derivatives, composite and natural fibres, leather, foam materials, fabrics, resinated and/or rubber-coated fabrics, and flexible materials in general. Can work with materials widths from 1600 mm to 2100 mm, and inner roll cores from 50 mm to 152 mm (2”- 6”).
