MOD K1 BELT
Imesa MOD K1 BELT calandering machine, furnished with a motorized conveyor belt, has been specifically designed for the sheet-to-sheet applications.
It can laminate plates of materials onto foam or other materials such as rubber, melamine, EPDM, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyurethane, etc.
Thanks to the material conveyor belts, in the entrance or also in the exit area, optimisation of all sheet converting process is ensured.
If necessary, our K1 conveyor BELT laminating machine can be completed with an external unwinder, a longitudinal or a transversal cutting system.
Depending on the applications and materials, plates detectors with contactless sensor system are also available, useful to detect the presence, thickness and colour of the sheets and to synchronize the automatic working cycle.
