MOD K1 EASY
If you are looking for a small size laminating machine MOD. K1 EASY, our easier calander, could be a perfect solution.
Suitable for light weight material lamination, foam lamination, and adhesive tape, it combines simplicity and productivity, representing an entry level calander.
Imesa MOD K1 EASY can be completed of an external easy roll holder, to facilitate material unwinding in entrance.
- Adjustable speed up to 5 m/min, controlled by inverter
- Available for material widths up to 1600 mm
- Upper calender roll heatable to 60° C
- Device to check for material “curling effect”
- Mechanical adjustment of the gap between rollers
- Mechanical brake for adjustment of transfer film roll tension
- Adhesive roll holder Ø max 300 mm, complete with air expanding shaft, quick lock/release system device and mechanical brake
- Tension controlled winder, complete with air expanding shaft Ø 75 mm and quick lock/release device
- External roll holder for the material to be laminated, with mechanical brake (optional)
