Designed for massive production, the IMESA Mod. 556 R 4X is an automatic log slitter equipped with double knife and 4 shafts turret system, and it combines together highest technological and productivity features and it’s representing today the top of technology internationally available.
The rolls size detecting, the knives positioning, the cutting angle and the blades alignment (related to their actual diameter) are synchronous and completely automatic.
The goal achieved is a full automatic LATHE SLITTER that joins quality, reliability with the best and evolved technology. All of these allows to obtain a no-stop cutting cycle for load/unload operations. Its full automation allows the operator to managing the working programs and load/unload materials while the machine is working, full safely.
With the last anthropomorphic robot generation can be a fully AUTOMATIC CUTTING STATION.
As Mod. 556, which joins the same cutting system, allows indistinctly to cut: rubber, leathers, fabrics, felt, foam, polyester, PU, PE, polyurethane, polyethylene, insulation material, adhesive tapes, foam tapes, plastic films, cloth, nonwoven, paper, fiber reinforced tapes, graphite, fiberglass, roofing materials.
